Meet us at the Shelf! The Montessori Shelf has been a long time coming. Randi Eccleston, lead educator, started the company when she realized she was nearly an empty nester. Randi spent over 16 years in the classroom as a substitute, assistant, lead teacher, master teacher, and consultant, when she decided to stay home with her own children. Her love of early childhood education and Montessori never left her. She wants nothing more than to help parents and other educators with all of their early childhood needs.
